How to Make Network Marketing Work

// May 17th, 2010 // View Comments // David Lee Y S, Home based-business, Network Marketing, Skillset

Previously I have shared why Facebook is one of the popular social network to get into. If you have not read my previous post on this, you can do so by CLICKING HERE.

Alright, let’s look into more deeper WHY:

1. Facebook is not just for college kids anymore. Members are typically older and more mature than on other sites, and there are more white collar users. And with Facebook ads is becoming more and more popular, everyone should be having an account with them.

2. With more than 100 million active users, and predicted to be 500 million by 2011, not only are your friends on Facebook, so are your prospects, your customers, your JV partners… and, of course, your competitors. You need to be on too.

3. Facebook members are open to connecting. You can easily begin a dialog with highly successful–even famous–people who were previously otherwise unreachable.

4. By engaging in conversations with your prospects and customers, you can better adapt your marketing and business services to meet their needs.

5. By consistently showing up, posting relevant information, and being a thought leader, you can increase visibility and credibility as an expert in your area.

6. The lines between business and personal have become blurred. You can reveal as much or as little about yourself as you wish, allowing you to personalize your brand.

7. Users volunteer vast amounts of information about themselves that you can readily access. These kinds of demographics, psychographics, and techno graphics would previously have cost fortunes to access. Author, John Battelle, calls Facebook a “database of intentions.”

8. Get rapid top Google placement. Use your replicated website to “push” information to your “fans.” Pages (for business) are indexed for optimal search engine positioning. Facebook has a page rank of #2 according to Alexa. (Depending on when you look up the information)

9. With Facebook Social Ads, you can test out extremely targeted advertising for minimal cost.

10. Aside from paid ads, Facebook is totally free to use and with regular activity you’ll end up with more traffic, more subscribers, and more paying clients.

So, are you on Facebook now?

Clear Your Thoughts

// April 14th, 2010 // View Comments // 7 Dimensions of Life, Skillset

The MOST powerful part of our human being is our thoughts. As an old say, “Watch your thoughts as they become your words. Watch your words as they become your action. Watch your action as they become your habit.” Indeed, we can find out how this person is by the way they talk, and act. And perhaps this is the reason why people don’t really write down their goals? Or even they did they never really head towards that direction… mainly because of fear!

Now, how about working things backward? Here a powerful training that I receive from my dear friend during one of the SUPER Sat event we did… and that is to list down the things we WILL do AFTER we reach a certain level. And here mine. My list of 25 thing I going to do after I have built an organization of 50,000 active people!

  6. Sponsor 3 people for a 1 month holiday to the Holy Land with meal and accommodation

  10. Stay in China for 3 FULL month without internet connection
  11. Complete touring the whole of Holy Land in a year
  12. Complete touring the whole of Europe

  15. Sea diving
  16. Play 1 golf session every single month
  17. 1 FUN BBQ every single month
  18. Give my family a new surprise every single month
  19. Live a simple down to earth life

Challenge equal Opportunity

// April 9th, 2010 // View Comments // Home based-business, Network Marketing, Online Network Marketing, Skillset

How many social networking site are there? Look up in Wikipedia and WoW! This is really one of the brain damage and challenging work if we will to manually apply for an account in each one of them, even if is just to get in at about 30% of them. But to think back, this challenge which in fact is an opportunity, isn’t it? So, if we will to just maybe pick one or two to start with, which one would you chose? The answer obvious – Facebook! Why do you want to use FaceBook?

1. You can meet your peers.

2. You can find business contacts.

3. Is an instant gate opener.

4. Good platform to build relationships.

5. Raise visibility.

6. Develop your own personal brand.

7. Target your niche.

8. Get rapid top Google placement (good for those into interNetwork marketing.)

9. Place targeted ads. FaceBook ads is becoming more and more popular.

10. Free marketing.

Remember that all social networking sites have significant implications for business owners, marketers, and entrepreneurs. To keep your business current, you should at least be familiar with the latest conversational marketing techniques and viral technologies, including Facebook and its array of powerful features. And don’t forget to keep the SOCIAL before the NETWORKING… that why is called Social Networking, isn’t it? ;-)

So, if you haven’t have an account with Facebook, you can do so by clicking here. On the other hand, if you already have an account with them, I would love to connect with you by inviting you to join one of my FaceBook Group. Would it be okay if you just head over there and say “hi”. You can easily do so by just clicking here.

Looking forward in meeting you there.
