How to Host Successful Home Meetings and How to Overcome Objections:

1. “My spouse will kill me!” (Have it at a friend’s place, sister, mother, etc)
2. “I can’t afford it.” (Have a potluck function where each person will bring a special appetizer or dessert.)
3. “My house is too small!” (We all know that feeling! But you know, your friends will enjoy themselves, no one ever cares about things like the size of the room, or the state of the house. They just come to have fun, and they never care about those details.)
4. “I can’t afford to buy anything” (You can get your products for FREE).
5. “I don’t have enough furniture” (Have a cushion party. Give a prize for the most unique cushion).
6. “No one would come, I live too far away.” (Extend the invitation and give them a chance to decide. They may be looking for something social to participate in. Ask them, you might be pleasantly surprised.)
7. “All my friends work” (Great! They are the ones who have a little cash to spare. Besides, they could invite some of the people they work with.)
8. “I am new to the area.” (Terrific! What a great way to get to know the neighbors. You certainly would know who your friends were after the party.)
9. “My kids are home.” (Bring the kids?? Let them play!)
10. “I am too busy!” (Do a quickie or an office party, 15 minute demo, etc.)

There are more ways than the lists here but this should get you an idea.

Network Marketing Financial Freedom

// May 24th, 2010 // View Comments // Home based-business, Network Marketing, Skillset

There are numerous ways to market your network marketing business online with a lot of them being free. In this blog post I have detailed five of the marketing methods that have the potential to do a lot for your business!

Here are five marketing methods you may want to start doing:

Video Marketing – Video marketing is a powerful and versatile tool for your network marketing business. You can introduce yourself, detail what you offer on your site, demonstrate your products/services, offer free instructional videos, etc. Use your imagination and propel your business forward!

Online Radio – Radio has always been a powerful medium and it continues to be on the internet. Make yourself available to do online radio interviews. This is very cost effective and can get you and your network marketing business established all over the world.

RSS Feeds – RSS meaning Really Simple Syndication is an easy way for you to distribute your articles, blogs, and other content all over the net. You need to set up your feed and then maybe start with a weekly article until you get more used to it. You need to promote your feed so people subscribe to it and you can also make your feed available to other websites for more exposure. One good tool for getting started is the RSS Channel Editor.

Social Networking – I have mention this twice on my blog post and this marketing method has hit the internet like a tornado! There are numerous social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter, diigo, delicious, LinkedIn and many others. These sites allow you to open an account, add your info and network with thousands of other people. They can really bring attention to your network marketing business.

Blogs – Although blogs have been around for awhile, they are one of the newer online marketing techniques. Blogging is becoming a very popular method of publishing as it does not require any technical knowledge and it can greatly increase the popularity of your site. Some blogs allow the visitors to post and enter their thoughts and opinions as well. A blog keeps people coming back to your site and a blog is also very helpful with the search engines because of the ever changing content. Search engines love new content!

So, here the 5 most marketing method which I strong recommend you to start doing.

How to Make Network Marketing Work

// May 17th, 2010 // View Comments // David Lee Y S, Home based-business, Network Marketing, Skillset

Previously I have shared why Facebook is one of the popular social network to get into. If you have not read my previous post on this, you can do so by CLICKING HERE.

Alright, let’s look into more deeper WHY:

1. Facebook is not just for college kids anymore. Members are typically older and more mature than on other sites, and there are more white collar users. And with Facebook ads is becoming more and more popular, everyone should be having an account with them.

2. With more than 100 million active users, and predicted to be 500 million by 2011, not only are your friends on Facebook, so are your prospects, your customers, your JV partners… and, of course, your competitors. You need to be on too.

3. Facebook members are open to connecting. You can easily begin a dialog with highly successful–even famous–people who were previously otherwise unreachable.

4. By engaging in conversations with your prospects and customers, you can better adapt your marketing and business services to meet their needs.

5. By consistently showing up, posting relevant information, and being a thought leader, you can increase visibility and credibility as an expert in your area.

6. The lines between business and personal have become blurred. You can reveal as much or as little about yourself as you wish, allowing you to personalize your brand.

7. Users volunteer vast amounts of information about themselves that you can readily access. These kinds of demographics, psychographics, and techno graphics would previously have cost fortunes to access. Author, John Battelle, calls Facebook a “database of intentions.”

8. Get rapid top Google placement. Use your replicated website to “push” information to your “fans.” Pages (for business) are indexed for optimal search engine positioning. Facebook has a page rank of #2 according to Alexa. (Depending on when you look up the information)

9. With Facebook Social Ads, you can test out extremely targeted advertising for minimal cost.

10. Aside from paid ads, Facebook is totally free to use and with regular activity you’ll end up with more traffic, more subscribers, and more paying clients.

So, are you on Facebook now?
